Brewed my first beer in about six months last night. It's a pale ale that falls perfectly in the standards. Had one boilover because I added the first hops in one dump, but all in all a very smooth brewday. I sanitized everything within a 10ft radius of the beer and got it down to pitch temp in about 30 minutes.

Man I missed this hobby. :mug:
