I brewed my first hefenwiezen and I put some pure raspberry honey in it will this make high gravity that will bitter my beer? I just put as much honey as I thought!

It will increase your gravity and it will sweeten your beer not bitter it.

This hefenwiezens origianl gravity was 6.1 before I altered it with honey so what do you think about 2 pounds of honey to this batch will raise my from what to what?

I think your hydrometer reading was faulty. 6.1 isn't a valid reading at all.

2 pounds of honey in a 5 gallon batch may raise the gravity by about 14 points, but it really depends on the honey. Each one is a bit different.

Yeah just make sure to leave it in the primary a little bit longer than normal. My experience is that honey takes much longer to ferment
