It's not in front of me at the moment, but Brew Your Own December 2012 issue has a series of Sierra Nevada clones (including the pale ale).

Here it is:

10 lb 2 oz 2-row pale malt
11 oz caramel 60

0.5 oz Perle hops (8.8% AA) - 90 mins
1 oz Cascade (6% AA) - 45 mins
1.5 oz Cascade - 0 mins

Wyeast 1056 / White Labs WLP001 / US-05

Mash at 155F for 60 mins.

Fermentation temperature of 68F.

ETA:

If you need extract:

1.75 lbs light DME
4 lb light LME

1 lb 5 oz 2-row
11 oz caramel 60

Steep crushed grains in 3 qts water at 155F. Drain and rinse grains - add water to reach 3 gal. Stir in DME boil 90 min and follow hop schedule. Add LME w 15 min remaining. Chill add to fermenter plus water to achieve 5 gal.
