Im going to be making a new belgium sunshine wheat clone this weekend and i was wondering about the years. Should this be made with a Hefe yeast WLP320 or do you think cal WLP001 or maybe California Ale WLP051. At first I was thinking WLP320 but im now leaning toward WLP051 cali V. What does everyone think.

I've never had that particular beer, but if it doesn't have noticeable banana notes, I'd stay away from the 320 and stick with something cleaner like WLP051 or 001. Personally, for most of my American wheats I use Wyeast 1010.
