I need an all grain recipe for a "red ale". I want this to be 7 to 8 percent and it needs to have a killer red color. Most of my recipes I find on here. Any ideas? Thanks for helping out a brother brewer. :mug:
 
Here you go, this one won the local club imperial competition. The abv was about 8.5%. Cheers!
