1 Lb Honey Malt..

SI mash 152...

Sparge as usual...

Bitter with 1 OZ Magnum 12.1's for 60 minutes...

2 Lbs clover honey added at flameout.

Safe Ale 05 for yeast...

Sounds good. Mine was close to that, except sub a lb. of flaked wheat for the honey malt. I think you'll enjoy it. Cheers!!!
