Congrats on your first AG brew. I brewed my third AG batch yesterday. My first AG batch, also a brown ale, is still sitting in the fermenter (been there for 4 weeks) waiting for me to find some time to bottle.
just did my first all grain a 10 gallon batch with my buddy named it "by the beard of zythos" ipa because i shouted out by the breard of zeus when i found a decent subtitute for simcoe at my hbs fermenting strong after 30 so hours hopefully it goes good started fermenting well after 2 hours hope your brown goes good good luck to all who venture into all grain
