Just picked up a few packs of yeast, among other things from our LHBS final day in business and was wondering if anyone had tried Muntons, Coopers or Superior Lager yeast in anything besides beer? Thought about just getting 3 1 gallon batches of cider going and trying a pack per gallon to see how they turned out.
