I am able to ferment at 64-68 degrees in my house but after that I have no way of keeping my bottles that temp while they carbonate. I use a tub and water for fermenting. I have an extra fridge but it's in a carport so it's not the best place in cold months.

Will bottle conditioning at 72 degrees be a problem or should I try to keep the fridge outside as close as possible to keep them at a lower temp?

Place bottles in the same tub maybe? Just until they are ready to move to fridge?

21 days at 70 degrees is the mantra. 72 shoudn't be a problem. I just bottle carb at room temp whatever that is, here in texas that is sometimes 78 or more, and I have had no problems.

Carbing in bottles takes generally 3 weeks. If the temperature is a bit lower it still carbs but it might take up to 5 weeks. It's your choice.
