i got about ten lbs of grapes from the grocery store that are left over from a job.
some are red some are green all are seedless.
can i just blender the heck outta them in the vitamix strain and add to some apple cider to make a grapey hard cider.
will it work? will it taste like crap??? anyone have experience with this?

It'll work. Hell anything will work lol. Try.it and see. If its left over fruit I.would highly suggest pressing the grapes to extract juice rather than blending. You'll have a ton of muck left over. Add some pectic enzyme to help break down the cell walls.

Personally I would ferment them separately and then blend the result to see if you like the taste. If you don't thenyou have both apple cider and grape wine.
