I will be brewing an ESB this weekend. My hop sequence is as follows:
1.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.50 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 30.4 IBU
0.25 oz Fuggles [4.00 %] (20 min) Hops 2.0 IBU
0.25 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.50 %] (20 min) Hops 2.8 IBU
0.25 oz Fuggles [4.00 %] (0 min) Hops
0.25 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.50 %] (0 min) Hops
My question is: do I remove the hop bag containing the 1st round of Goldings hops after the 1 hour of boiling time or do I just leave that hop bag in the wort and add the remaining hop bags?
