i need a fast fermenting recipe extract,all grain it doesn't matter , just need input . my son is coming home in 2weeks before he is shipped over to Germany for two years in the Air Force. 
help please

maybe a hefeweizen? two weeks isn't really long enough. maybe brew a russian imperial stout or something really big and strong and then drink it when he gets back. party!

Keep it simple and pitch plenty of healthy yeast and you can have a great beer in 2 weeks. Something like 90% 2 row, 7% munich, 3% crystal 40 and hopped with 2 oz cascade at 60 min 1 oz at 30 min and 1 oz at 5 min will make a nice pale ale that should be done easy by then if you can keg and force carbonate.
As stated above, wheat beers are also good fresh.
