Looking to brew a Kolsch beer using Kolsch malt. Any suggestions?

Plenty of good choices. I recently made my first kolsch using Weyermann Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, plus a pound of Munich and a pound of wheat, and the beer came out absolutely wonderfully. Truly commercial quality. Infusion mash worked fine.
