So I am planning on doing an English Barleywine/IPA partigyle on Friday. I just want to double check here to make sure all my numbers look OK

I'll be mashing 30 pounds of British Pale Malt at 149 degrees.
I'm expecting 5 gallons of 1.103 Barleywine and 5 gallons of 1.068 IPA which I will cap with 1 pound of crystal 80.

Hop schedule for Barlewyine:
7.5 oz Goldings for 60 minutes
1 oz Goldings for 15 minutes
1 oz Goldings for 5 minutes

Hop schedule for IPA
3.5 oz Goldings for 60 minutes
1 oz Goldings for 15 minutes
1 oz Goldings for 5 minutes
1 oz Goldings Dry hop


Do my gravity numbers look about right or am I way off?
What about the hop schedule... Should I dryhop the Barleywine as well?
