i have well water with a very high iron levels. Thats about all i know about it, can i use it in a IPA clone of Doghead Fish?

I have a well that is also high in iron. I dilute it with about 37% RO water; but, you really need to get it tested so you know what you are dealing with.

I have well water that is very high in iron. Even after filtering, the softener, and yet another filter system it still has a funny taste in my opinion. I don't care to drink it. We drink nothing but spring water so I stick with the spring water for brewing. The RO water at the local grocery stores have what I would consider an off taste as well. So spring water it is for my brews. A few extra bucks to ensure nothing in the water effects the taste of the final product is worth it in my book.
