Is there a standard for length and temperature of lagering for California Common? I'm using Wyeast 2112.

short answer, the colder the better and longer the better
in general the rule of thumb for lagers is 1 week per 8-10 gravity points as close to 32° as possible
since it's a hybrid you don't necessarily need to lager it that long but it will help give it that crisp finish
