I am using some liquid yeast for a partial mash that I am doing, the package said to take it out of the refridgerator 3-6 hours before use, what if I use it 7 hours or so after taking it out?
 
Wyeast did some tests and discovered that they got the best results by taking the yeast out of the cooler 24 hours ahead.
 
you are completely alright pitching under those circumstances. I've never had a problem with pitching up to 12 hrs at room temp after busting the smack packs cherry.
