Here is my best guess not having had the beer. You can use a recipe website to adjust the hops depending on whether you add whole or pellets and for the AA% of the ones you buy.

Recipe Specifics
----------------
Batch Size (Gal): 5.25
Total Grain (Lbs): 11.81
Anticipated OG: 1.057
Anticipated SRM: 18.8
Anticipated IBU: 30.0
Brewhouse Efficiency: 70 %
Wort Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Grain/Extract/Sugar

% Amount Name Origin Potential SRM
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
84.6 10.00 lbs. Pale Malt(2-row) America 1.036 2
8.5 1.00 lbs. Munich Malt Germany 1.037 8
4.2 0.50 lbs. Crystal 60L America 1.034 60
1.6 0.19 lbs. Chocolate Malt Great Britain 1.034 475
0.5 0.06 lbs. Black Malt Belgium 1.030 600
0.5 0.06 lbs. Roasted Barley America 1.028 450

Hops

Amount Name Form Alpha IBU Boil Time
