Apricot

My wife loves Apricot beer so I am trying to find a solid recipe to make her one. Any ideas? I am only on my second batch of brew so I am only using extracts. But I would like to make a light beer and add actual apricots. Appreciate the help y'all!

Check out Northern Brewer Apricot Blonde. It's a little pricey but looks good and easy. I'm going to order it for my wife. She loves the apricot beer as well. :mug:

That's next on my list as well. I've had the original from Dry Dock here in Colorado and it is pretty amazing.....and I'm not huge fruit beer fan. I think the higher than normal cost is due to the Apricot puree included in the kit.

add a couple pounds of fresh fruit to a wit beir kit in the secondary. Leave plently of headspace.

Northern Brewer carries the pro series kits....one of which is Dry Dock's Apricot beer....for the life of me can't remember the name of it. Either way, I just had it the other day on tap in Aurora....very very good.
