Yikes! I decided if my kitchen was going to look like a mud bomb exploded in it, I might as well get some good mileage out of it.
All through now, though ... two strawberry buckets full of home-orchard Lodi cider spiked with light brown sugar are quietly burbling on the kitchen counter, the Bohemian-style-sort-of lager is in the shed gradually working through its thing and I just put the ESB out in my office where it can stay at 70 degrees and smell as skunky as it wants to ...
Just thought I'd share. I haven't brewed a beer since I was in college and that's been about 20 years ... good to be back!
