Fully Oxygenated or good pitch rate? Can only choose one and please inform me why you choose what you choose!
 
These are things that go hand and hand. If I had to choose I suppose I'd choose pitch rate in hopes the amount of yeast would pick up the slack. That also depends on how under oxygenated the wort is. Any amount of yeast need oxygen to use up glycogen reserves and bud. The only thing is, if you can pitch yeast into a carboy you could at least shake it! So this seems like an unrealistic situation.
