I have 1# of whole leaf Hallertauer hops and 1/4oz of pellets.

What Can i make besides a Wit?

Here's the one I usually do for 5 gal:

5 lb. Wheat
5 lb. Pilsen

1 oz. Hallertau 4% AA 60 min.

Wyeast 3068 Weistephaner Weizen

Simple, but makes a great beer. For 10 gallons, doubling it should be fine.

If you do extract, I would do (for 10 gal) about 13 lbs. of wheat malt extract.

Great recommendation, Fink! Except now he still has A LOT of hops left to use!

In addition to using Hallertauer in German beers (Weizenbock, Roggenbier, Dunkelweizen - I'm not sure if you can lager so I won't even start on that list), you can also use them in just about any Belgian and they would work very nicely.

Anything German.

Hefeweizen
Munich Helles
Munich Dunkel
Dortmunder
Bock
Altbier
Kolsch
German Pils
Schwartzbier
Rauchbier
Roggenbier

Or even...
Blonde Ale
American Wheat
Classic American Pils
Cream Ale
