Will having previously refrigerated & carbonated kegs un-refrigerated and off CO2 for up to 48 hours damage the beer? The kegs could reach exterior temps of 70+.

I have to load my kegerator and kegs into a moving truck.

Thanks.

The beer should be OK. Just try to avoid excessive temp. swings.

It may change flavor a little and may not be quite as good as it was, but certainly not bad and no off flavors. I've had to do this multiple times and this is my experience.

I think your beer will be fine. Beer is stored at room temp all the time in stores so I don't see why beer in a keg can't do the same for a short time. I wouldn't worry about it.
