Been wanting to do an oatmeal stout with vanilla beans and cacao nibs for a while and thought I'd give this a try in the next week or two. Would appreciate thoughts and/or suggestions on this recipe. :mug:

5Gal. AG

7 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt, Maris Otter
1 lbs 8.0 oz Oats, Flaked
12.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine
12.0 oz Pale Chocolate Malt
8.0 oz Black (Patent) Malt
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
4.0 oz Special B Malt
1.50 oz Fuggles - Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Fuggles - Boil 15.0 min
1 lbs Milk Sugar (Lactose) [Boil for 10 min]
1.0 pkg Irish Ale (Wyeast Labs #1084)
4.00 oz Cacao Nibs (Secondary 14.0 days)
3 Vanilla Bean (Secondary 14.0 days)

Not sure if I should use 2 or 3 beans. Is the fuggles good or maybe go with magnum? Was also thinking of adding bourbon barrel chips... maybe that's too much going on though.
