Schmidling Malt Mill

I'm looking at a grain mill some time in my future. My LHBS stocks the Schmidling Malt Mill, the non-adjustable one, which has the crush set at 0.040". Is there a real advantage to getting the adjustable one? My guy can order one for me, that's not a problem. But is there a compelling reason to do so?

Adjustability is important to me. Different grains can be different sizes. What if you want to mill some wheat?

You run it through twice. Or thrice.

I have a second hand Schmidling. Works great.

I have the non-adjustable model and it is great. I get 68% efficiency nearly every batch.

I'm leaning toward the adjustable. I like having more control over things, and for the few extra bucks it'll cost, I think it'll be worth it, for me at least.
