My Cousin works at "Tap that" which you could rip it up at. However if you are looking for good micro's or decent eats thats not the place.

Not sure about Waukesha so much - lots of taverns downtown that I haven't been to. Milwaukee has a bunch of good places. Sugarmaple, Lakefront Brewery are a couple not to be missed. I really liked Von Trier's when I lived in the area.
Some place that serves Summit IPA. (ok brewed in MSP but still)
