I saw this beer in my local "expat supermarket" the other day and got to wondering.
I have found out that the company is owned by Duvel and that this wit is chock full of viable yeast.
Has anyone tried this beer, had experience with the yeast or just have an idea of which commercial strain it might be?
Asking 'cause I would like to brew a wit, can't get liquid yeast and thought that harvesting this would be a cool way to go
