hi, just wondering if this recpipe would work and if anyone can improve it at all?

i have jus thought it up today, with no expirence in brewin wine, also theres no mesurments because i havent decided on them yet

silver birch sap
damsons
black berries
sugar
yeast

the sap is just sugary water with vitamins from a birch tree, tastes quite nice

my brother-in-law told me about some birch wine a friend of his made - and said how good it was - has anybody on the forum tried making it? I've got a couple big birch tree's in the yard I could tap in the spring....
 
have either of you guys tried making this ?? or have found of heard about a recipe ?

i wanted to make some for my sister's wedding. she is having a birch tree themed wedding and its shaping up QUITE lovely, so i had the idea to make some sparkling birch wine.

any thought ?
