I found out that it was by Captain Lawrence Brewing. Their Captains reserve, which i actually an Imperial IPA. Their website:

When I started the post, I didnt know which brewery made the beer. Now I see that they list the hops as Columbus, Cascade, and Chinook. They list the ibu's as 80, and the plato at 20.
I have tweaked my recipe as follows to account for what I have on hand. I have a lot of Maris Otter that I would like to use up. Also, I am trying to keep the alcohol at 7%, and have a reddish color, so that is why I am not trying to get 20 plato and 80 ibu's.
I am planning on brewing this up this weekend. Let me know if anyone has ideas to change recipe ingredients.
