So I've been fermenting a lager at 50F for over two weeks now. I pulled a hydrometer sample and it is down to 1.008

The weird thing is it seems to still have a kraeusen about 1/4 inch thick. It has had absolutely NO airlock activity, in fact a little negative pressure.

Wanted to get a picture up but I can't find the card reader for our memory card. If I can find it I will get one up here.

you could probably get away with starting your diacetyl rest today, and then racking to secondary for lagering.

I was thinking about it. I will pull one of the 2-liter ice bottles and start to slowly bring it up.
