I'm making Edwort's Apfelwein and there was nothing about degassing in the instructions for that.
Then I got carried away and looked up recipes for plum wine and grapefruit wine because my friend had excess fruit.
So I have a batch of grapefruit wine and a batch of plum wine started... do I need to degas either of those?
