As I posted all my beers finish with a low final gravity. 1.004-1.007 I understand a lower mash temp produces a higher fermentable wort so I have been mashing at a higher temp. 154-157. I use two thermometers which are both calibrated. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

What's the problem with a low FG?

I would like to have more body to certain beers . If it was 1/2 that were finishing low I would not be too concerned but every batch I have done has finished below 1.010 and I have brewed 40-50 different beers . Just seeing if anyone would know what would cause this . Most of the time beer smith has my fg at 1.008-1.012

Is your hydrometer calibrated? Mine is .003 low.

That I have not checked I just got a new one about a month ago add one more to the broken hydrometer count . I would hope it would be but it's worth checking . I also make sure my temp it right when checking fg
