Hi folks,
In my haste last night I accidentally plugged my beer fridge back into the socket rather than the ramp control unit. When i got home from work this arvo the fermenting beers in the fridge were at a frosty 4 degrees (Celsius), while the beers in my freezer were... Well, check the photo. What I want to know is, are my fermenting beers going to be ok having dropped to such a cold temp and then going back up to 20 or so? Will this affect the taste or fermentation period?

My buddy and I accidentally froze 3711 French Saison one time. It bounced back just fine, although that was the cleanest I've ever tasted that yeast.
