I guess you could place a label over the painted part. It would probably have to be very dark colors to prevent the red stripe label from showing through. You can keep the ink from running if you use a color laser printer if you have access to one. If not, print out one copy using your home printer and bring it to a kinkos or the like and get color copies made.
