Thanks for the drill. It is always good to have a plan for these types of emergencies.

1) I'm at work
2) The Abyss in my drawer is technically closer to me than the Alesmith Imperial Porter
3) I have to open the drawer. I'd like to chill it a bit first. If I want a cold beer, Alesmith's tasting room happens to be open right now.
4) My coworker brought in a bottle of his brown ale today. I think it is in the cube across from me in the fridge.
5) I'd have to walk about 4 steps.

1) Home, at the computer in the bedroom.
2) Upstream Batch 1,000 Barleywine and 2 cans (yes cans) of wittekerke witbier in the fridge about 20 strides from my bedroom in the kitchen.

There are 32 pints of my American IPA conditioning in the next room
5) How long would it take for you to get that beer?

10 seconds tops....I am pretty quick in a pinch :D

Question number 6 should have had something to do with the zombies which can typically cause such emergencies to assess the readiness of HBT members to cope with said riff-raff. I keep a .45 cal SA 1911 handy for just such annoyances.
