Woo! Excited to get another batch in before I head back to school. We're going to be doing an Irish Red. Here's our grain bill.

10lb Maris Otter
8oz Special Roast
8oz Biscuit Malt
6oz Crystal 40
6oz Crystal 65
4oz Roasted Barley

1oz Challenger Hops 7.2%AA
Irish Ale Yeast

Est OG 1.054
SRM 15.3
15 IBU's
5.0% ABV

Thanks to Dan at Big Dan's Brew Shed in Greensboro for helping me adjust the grain bill and giving some good tips in a few areas. I'm hoping this brew session will go a lot smoother and be more efficient.
