I brewed this and it is outstanding. I brewed it on March 25th and I'm already down to my last seven 22oz. bottles! I'm planning to brew it again on 7/7/07!

Ready to shoot myself.. Floated the friggin keg last night. 7/5/07...Guess I will BREW it again on 7/7/07. Great Recipe BP!

I went to a friend's wedding last Saturday and a buddy of mine walked up to me and handed me a 22oz. bottle of this that I bottled back on March 25, 2007! A bunch of us had gotten together one day that summer and he ended up with a couple of these in his cooler. He took the cooler home, stashed the beers away and forgot about this one. He came across it a couple of weeks ago and said he would bring it to the wedding so that I could see how it had held up over time. It was a very, very good beer back in 2007! I went through two cases in about three months time!

Well, I had it last night and it was still very good. Maybe a scant bit mellower on the bitterness, but it was about how I remembered it tasting back in 2007. And it still had a nice hop aroma, which really surprised me. I figured the aroma would be gone after all this time. My wife told me I need to brew it again and she's right.
