I'm putting together a Hopsdirect order, and I currently am getting Magnum, Hallertau, Willamette, and Cascade. I'm interesting in getting another US aroma hop for various ales over the summer (pale, IPA, IIPA, American amber, RyePA). Any good suggestions for something different from Cascade? Thanks!

Sadly I did not see Simcoe at Hopsdirect. Thanks for the heads up on Amarillo - is it significantly different from Cascade? Also, how clean is Centennial as a bittering hop? I had Magnum on there for bittering beers like alts, dunkel, etc, but if Centennial comes out clean when boiled for 60 minutes I can just use that.

Thanks all. Order placed: Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, Willamette and Hallertau. I've got my spring and summer brew list drawn up and I cannot wait to get to it. I have enough to brew every week.
