I will bottle my beer in 2 weeks and use HFCS 42 for the carbonation.

How much syrup should I add for 5 gallon batch?
 
Why not just use a sugar the yeast can eat?? Use this site to figure out how much to use in your batch. Unless you know the actual sugar content of the syrup, you're going to be better off using dry weight sugar (or honey by weight).
