I apologize if this is considered forum spam, pretentious, self-aggrandizing, etc, etc. I am really excited though because I just tasted my first all-grain beer! Not quite finished carbonating but enough that it wasn't flat.
It's a Belgian Blonde I converted from a tried and true extract recipe I've been brewing for a few years. It turned out very nicely. It is a little drier than the original extract version but there's some tweaking I need to do still to the recipe.
