I am brewing this recipe tomorrow and it is my first AG with more than a couple of hop additions. I have never dry hopped anything before. At what point do I add the 3 oz of citra as a dry hop? As soon as fermentation starts or do I wait a couple of days? Maybe use a secondary and add them then? Am I better off using a hop bag for this or not? Thanks in advance.

Wait until your fermentation has reached final gravity, then dry hop 5-7 days. I prefer using hop bags. You scoop the bag out once you're done dry hoping and wring it out with clean hands. You let it sit for a bit, cold crash if you can, and you're left with nice clear beer to bottle or keg. Those that keg will sometimes dry hop in the keg as well. I bottle my beer, and when I add the loose leaf or pellet hops, I loose more beer than when using the hop bags.

Personally, I like blending hops, but I won't try to sway you from trying what you want to do with this all Citra beer.
