Just started my graff and had a few questions....
after the 2 week fermentation do I just rack to second carboy and cold crash?
Should i rack directly into the keg ill be using instead?
Is the cold crash necessary?
When letting the graff age does it matter if I have it in the fridge or should it be room temp (about 70 F) ?
