I just purchased the AHS Belgian White Beer with the follwoing recipe:
Amount Item Type % or IBU
4.75 lb Pilsner (2 Row) Bel (2.0 SRM) Grain 46.3 %
3.00 lb White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 29.3 %
2.50 lb Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) Grain 24.4 %
0.50 oz Ahtanum [6.00%] (30 min) Hops 7.9 IBU
0.50 oz Ahtanum [6.00%] (5 min) Hops 2.0 IBU
0.50 oz Coriander Seed (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
0.50 oz Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
My question is that it only calls for a 30 minute boil instead of a 60 minute. Would you do it as 30 or 60minutes?
