Just bottled NB's Hefe and was extremely please with how great is tasted and smelled already after two weeks primary. For some reason I just went by NB's recipe instructions where priming called for 2/3 cup dextrose. I normally check with a calculator of some kind and go by that, but it just slipped my mind this batch. After thinking of it I went back and checked and saw where 3/4 to 1 cup should have been used based off most calculators I saw (even NB's own calculator).
My question to anyone that has done this batch is if you think I will be ok with the 2/3 cup or did I just make my first flat beer? Also, any ideas why NB would keep that incorrect (by their own calculator) priming solution?
Thanks for any input.
