Sounds like you got the makings for an ordinary bitter or ESB (essentially the same beer except the ESB is typically higher alc and higher IBU). You could tackle it in a couple of different ways. I dont know your setup and your capabilities, but if it was me:
I would start with about 5 lbs of brewers two row (I would go with something like Marris Otter), mash that with some crystal. With the crystal you have some options. You could either mash with a pound of dark crystal like 120, or you could use a lighter crystal like 60 and add a quarter pound of chocolate. Again if it was me, I would do the lighter crystal and add the chocolate. Then take an ounce of your northern brewer and add it at 60 minutes, along with about 3 pounds of the lightest DME you can get your hands on. Then add .5 oz EKG at 40, 20 and 5. That would make a very good Bitter IMO.
