I'd like to hear your thoughts on this IIPA recipe I came up with. I'm going for that ultra-resinous hops-in-your-face taste and aroma kind of thing with a sweet and bready malt backbone. I'm not really familiar with biscuit malt, but I like what I hear about it. Sounds like it could make an interesting IPA. Also if anyone has any thoughts on the Columbus/Chinook/Simcoe combination that would be great too!
