So I brewed
My first all grain a couple of months ago.it was an IPA recipe I made. I bottled it and cracked one open about 2 weeks ago and it did not taste good at all. I tried it the next week and still tasted bad 2 more weeks past and i was thinking about dumping it. I decided to crack one more before dumping and now it taste great. It really is crazy how much a beer can change while sitting in a bottle. I'm slowly learning to be patient with my brews. Just thought I'd put this out there for other somewhat green brewers that way they don't make the mistake I almost did
