Additions:
Gypsum - 5 grams mash, 7.6 grams boil
Calcium Chloride - 1 gm mash, 1.5 gm boil
Epsom salt - 3gm mash, 4.6 gm boil
Baking soda - 1gm mash, 1.5 gm boil
Gets me to...
Calcium - 107
Magnesium - 21
Sodium - 27
Chloride - 39
Sulfate - 299
Alkalinity - 63
