    Stout fermentation

    I brewed a dry Irish stout. Yesterday it was a all grain kit from NB I used wyeast irish ale. I popped the pack in the am and brewed around 11am and when the pack was fully expanded I added it to a starter and had it their till about 6pm when I pitched it. I went out to the bar and came home...

    Gusiness black lager clone?

    Reusing primary yeast for secondary

    Is it possible. If I switch my primary to the secondary. Wash out the yeast and boil up a half a cup of dme and yeast start it again. And pitch it again. It's a English style strong ale

    Adding health bar (toffee) to secondary

    Hey guys. I'm a newbie here I'm working on my third batch. And it's a chocolate toffee strong ale. And I was wondering if it safe or possible to smash up a toffee bar and throw it in the secondary or should I just go with like a powered chocolate. :mug:
