I brewed a Irish red ale on 1/21/2012
Fermented 4 weeks at 64 degrees, in chest freezer. Took gravity readings, 1.013 week 4, 1.013 3 days later
Transferred to Keg on 2/21/2012
Applied 12 psi at 40 degrees for 1 week, 15 psi at 50 for a few days and tried a pint after...
